Finished (click to enlarge). Added mint, spring onion, sesame seed, and a fried egg. This is fantastic stuff; the noodle is just perfect – nice tooth and excellent gauge. It serves you the flavor which is a sweet, spicy, and just all around delicious sweet prawn extravaganza. The sauce is chunky as well – bits of shrimp throughout.
