This is the first of quite a few varieties that Binh Tay was kind enough to send over – thank you! This is a first for me – kiwi flavor instant noodles! I believe there’s actual kiwi in there. This should be really interesting – let’s delve right in!
Binh Tay Mi Kiwi – Vietnam
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and 400ml boiling water and cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added kiwi, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, mung bean sprouts, and sesame seed. Noodles hydrated quite nicely. The broth was different – a combo of sweet and salty.
