This is something new – an upgraded version of Maruchan’s popular Instant Lunch. I’ve tried the non Hot & Spicy in the past and been meaning to try this one. Let’s give it a go!

Loose bits and seasoning from the cup. Appears to have more garnish.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, mung bean sprouts, jalapeno, and Cholula hot sauce. The noodles are pretty standard for this range – thin with a light chew. The broth was pretty flavorful and I think it had an added bonus with the extra vegetables in there. Spiciness was noticeable but not overwhelming. As far as a premium version of Instant Lunch goes, it’s not bad, but not a huge change. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 041789008733.
