The first I’ll be trying is their tonkotsu which I’m figuring should be a good barometer of what we’re looking at from them. Let’s give it a try!

An instruction and ingredient sheet (click to enlarge). Contains pork. To prepare, heat broth in a pot and set aside. Boil noodle for 1 1/2 minutes. Drain. add noodles to a bowl and then add in broth. Finally, top with garnish and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg and sesame seed. The noodles have a very good chew and gauge – just right. The broth is milky and flavorful – with nice fish notes I thoroughly enjoyed. Chashu was just melt in your mouth. Everything arrived fresh and wonderful. Very pleased – best ramen delivery I’ve had thus far. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
