Curry miso? Yeah – I like curry, but usually not a big fan of miso unless it’s ‘other-than-red-miso.’ Well, let’s find out.

An instruction and ingredient sheet (click to enlarge). Contains pork. To prepare, heat broth in a pot and set aside. Boil noodle for 1 1/2 minutes. Drain. add noodles to a bowl and then add in broth. Finally, top with garnish and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, egg, and narutomaki. Noodles yet again came out nicely. Broth had a nice balance between curry and miso and the miso end of the stick wasn’t too much for me. Again, the mung bean sprouts were nice and crunchy, fried scallions delivered a good crunch as well. All in all, a nice ramen experience. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars.
