This is an interesting one. It appears this is a variety made just for the United States by Taiwanese company A-Sha, however it is produced in Vietnam. What’s more interesting is that it’s a Hello Kitty licensed product and it’s spicy – better do a mukbang! How spicy could it be with the cutesy factor? We’ll find out.
Prince Katsu Hello Kitty Spicy Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and fill to line with water. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes and let stand for 1 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
A dry base sachet.
A seasoned oil sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, chili oil, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, fried onion, and fried garlic. Noodles are round and came out of the microwave well. The broth is a slightly spicy and savory one – not strong but not bland. Honestly it was pretty good – hard to define the flavor profile, but spicy soup seems about as apt of a name as I could think of. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 0193937000264.
