Well, I do believe we’ve reached the end of the Biang Biang line with this one. These have been pretty good! Thanks to the Charming Couple folks for sending them my way! Let’s try this soybean paste variety out.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 6~8 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, spring onion, sesame seed, and fried egg. Biang Biang was very thick and with a chew to it that was very nice. As far as the soybean paste flavor, this wasn’t my favorite of the varieties sent, but it was pretty good. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4713077430842.
