Another one I found during sales on Lunar New Year products. Very curious about this one and kind of confused as to how to prepare it, but I’ll figure it out. Let’s give it a look!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it is meat free – check for yourself. To prepare, Add in noodle block and water to line. Microwave 90 seconds. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

I’ve all but stopped including pictures of utensils, but this is a set of chopsticks that you put together. I’ve gotten a lot of grief from people complaining I don’t use chopsticks, but it is extremely rare to find them in instant noodles. Generally, you’ll find forks.
A pouch of rice noodles.
A large liquid base sachet.
Something pickled?
Some more pickled things?
Probably another pickled thing.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added coriander, scallion, chashu, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. This one was a little tricky to figure out how to cook, so I’m going to give it some leeway as I don’t think I did it perfectly. Noodles came out great except here and there and I think that was my fault. Nice gauge and chew. The broth was a nice tangy and kind of meaty one – although definitely no meat in there. Lots of nice textures in those pickled sachets. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6970565870643.
