This is another one I found a couple days before Lunar New Year. The bar code came up with nothing which was a little troublesome, but I did manage to find the website on the packaging. The XO definitely is a reference to XO sauce, and it being blue and pics of the bowl definitely mean it’s gotta be XO sauce seafood. At least, I think so. Let’s check this one out!
JTM Food XO Sauce Seafood Noodle – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat, but probably seafood; check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 1~2 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chili pepper, fishball, chili oil, scallions, mung bean sprouts, and sesame seed. Noodle came out great – soft tooth and fresh feel. Nice wide gauge as well. Sauce was a light XO sauce – a delicate flavor that was really quite good. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6941843152720.
