Binh Tay Vegetarian Pho – Vietnam
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegetarian friendly, but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and fill with 400ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallions, sesame seed, mung bean sprouts, and Sriracha sauce. Rice noodle came out pretty well, but I like it a tad softer. Broth has a nice kind of buttered vegetable flavor to it. Not bad. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934566003347.
