You might not know, but there have been huge lapses in my reviews lately. I usually don’t review every day, however I do a few reviews on days when I do. Well, it’s Saturday night and I’m setting up reviews right now to do tomorrow. I’ll have done three reviews a day since last Monday. It feels good – especially since I’ve been able to get out and do my walking and everrything. Anyways, this sounds like an interesting variety, so here we go.
Simply Food Chicken Vermicelli With Bamboo Shoot – Vietnam
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and add 400ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
The vermicelli.
A dry soup base sachet.
A sachet of seasoned oil.
A vegetables sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, soft egg, mung bean sprouts, spring onion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Vermicelli hydrated well enough. The broth has this very standard chicken flavor from a lot of Vietnamese companies which honestly I don’t care for. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934566004078.
