Here’s what they had to say about this one – ‘Ramen Shingen (らーめん信⽞) is a popular ramen restaurant among locals and tourists alike in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Now you can enjoy the
most popular menu of this famous restaurant in your cup. Myojo Sapporo Ramen Shingen Koku Miso Flavor (札幌らーめん信⽞ コクみそ 味) has a distinctive yellowish color, satisfying medium-thick noodles, and mellow miso soup with the sweetness of vegetables. The seasoning oil used as a finishing touch increases the richness of the soup and spreads its delicious flavor, making it easy to enjoy authentic local miso ramen. Shingen has two stores in Hokkaido. The miso ramen served at the store features a rich soup made of pork bones and vegetables cooked slowly and combined with miso. The soup in your cup, which expresses a rich and mellow taste based on pork bones, has a pleasant mellow aftertaste due to the addition of garlic, making it a soup that will not get tired until the end. This is the best cup noodle if you want to enjoy the rich taste of Sapporo ramen.’
I have to say upon opening this one up, the scent of the seasoning was very nice – like a pork umami burst. Let;’s giv it a try!
