I’ve never heard of this brand before and I’ve got to say I’m intrigued – let’s give it a whirl!
Thasiam Noodles Instant Rice Vermicelli With Spicy Herb Soup – Thailand
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 400ml water for 1 minute. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, coriander, crushed red pepper, and mung bean sprouts. The rice vermicelli is thin and kind of dry as is it’s nature. I did a couple crosscuts with a pair of scissors to shorten the lengths. The broth was tasty – a little spicy, sweet, and definitely a tasty herbal hit to it. Fascinating. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
