Here’s an interesting one from Japan found in a Zenpop box – check out zenpop.jp and use the coupon code RAMENRATER for a discount!
Here’s what they had to say – ‘Craftman’s noodles, made locally, shipped globally. That’s in a sense the idea behind Nissin’s series. They are using whole grain this time around,
giving the noodles even more texture. The bowl is very generous, and the mellow richness of the salted sardines makes it even more delicious! The umami-rich miso soup is entwined with a soft sesame scent. The toppings include cabbage, sesame seeds, bok choy, corn, carrots, and green onions. This series has a lot of competition from other brands, but they’ve really separated themselves by using delicious ingredients!’
Varieties from this series are usually a cut above. Let’s give it a go.

A sachet of solid ingredients.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added soft egg, mung bean sprouts, narutomaki, spring onion, sesame seed, and chashu. Noodles have a very nice chew to them – definitely premium. The broth is a very tasty miso which works so well with that noodle. Quite impressed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105268421.
