Here’s what they had to say ‘If you’ve ordered one of our ramen packs before, you might have already seen the Menzukuri series (麺づくり) from Maruchan (Toyosuisan). It’s become a standard instant ramen in Japanese homes. This cup is a gattsuri-based soy sauce tonkotsu with a strong garlic flavor. The soup is marked as hikitatsu (ひきたつ), improved, from previous versions, and comes with deeper aromas and a lovely body. It’s served with tsurumochi (つるもち) non-fried thick noodles. You may worry about the strong smell of tonkotsu, a pork-bone based
broth, but Maruchan has worked out a good balance in ingredients, and the noodles are light and pleasant to eat. ‘
Oh, I don’t have any form of anxiety about tonkotsu. That’s absurd. I also enjoy garlic. Let’s give it a try.

The broth was just awesome – soy and pork bone are strong and the garlicky hit is just amazing. I could eat this all day. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901990370806.
