This was one of three my lovely wife Kit found at Whole Foods a while back. These are really large noodle bowls – as you’ll see below, they have two noodle block in there. I just baked some chicken for the review so it should look somewhat nice. Let’s give it a go!
Ocean’s Halo Plant-Based Vegan Chicken Instant Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and add 1 1/2 cups water. Microwave at 1000W for 3 minutes. Let stand one minute. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, spring onion, mung bean sprout, and sesame seed. Noodle is gluey and has a pretty off texture. The broth has a thickness to it and doesn’t taste very good – overly salty reliance here. All in all, it wasn’t palatable. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 811670030440.
