I’m hopeful for this one, although my recent sampling of the chicken flavor variety didn’t go so well. Fingers crossed.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion. Wow. The noodle turns to paste in the mouth with a single chew. The broth is a salty and acidic representation of beef, which doesn’t make any sense.
