Loose ingredients from the cup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprouts, narutomaki, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle came out pretty well. Thick and broad. The broth was decent – not overbearing in the fish department with a nice sweetness provided by the fried tofu. Scramble egg was a nice touch. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901734043676.
