Well, folks – this is it. The end of the road on these Hai Chi Jia varieties with Bobby Yip on them. At least the last one I’ve got. They’ve been pretty good – I get it. Definitely. Let’s check this last one out.
Hai Chi Jia Sour & Spicy Sweet Potato Noodle – China
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to the cup and add boiling water to line. Cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
The noodle block.
A dry sachet of soup base.
A liquid sachet – black vinegar?
I think this to be the spicy component.
Sesame seed and vegetables.
The little rolled up things.
A small bag of peanuts.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, spring onion, Chinese sausage, and spring onion. Sweet potato noodle came out just right – gauge and softness were just perfect. The broth has a nice balance between the sourness of black vinegar and a Sichuan peppercorn bite. Not overbearing and tasty. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972802401566.
