You know, I can’t find anything anywhere about this one and what it’s actually called; I’m guess it’s an apt title, and the label looks to be an import label from the actual company itself. However, I bet the name is different. I bet. A dollar. I have a dollar. I’d have to open the piggy bank to get the cash out, but I’m good for a buck. It’s definitely a rice noodle as opposed to a wheat noodle – and I’m guessing that would be mentioned on the packaging. I looked further on the Sempio website –
Korean Spicy Noodle Soup
Quickly and easily enjoy classic Korean noodles straight from your home.
Well, looks like I owe everyone a dollar. While I write this it’s not yet published, so I guess I owe myself a dollar. I’ll just leave it in the piggy bank. It’s not even a rice noodle but certainly looks like one. Ah well. Over 4,000 reviews and I still am learning. I suppose that’s why I keep doing this compulsive habit or reviewing instant noodles; there’s so much to learn. Let’s give it a go!

Here’s how the noodles look – really thought they were rice noodles but it turns out they’re wheat noodles.
A sachet of soup base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added shichimi, green onion, sliced Fresno pepper, mung bean sprout, and sesame seed. The noodle’s texture is interesting. Could’ve had a little more time. The broth was very nice – elegant seafood notes with a spiciness and savoriness. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801005540582.
