Here’s the second of two Sempio varieties I found recently. This one’s anchovy flavor. Sounds simple enough. Their noodles are unique, that’s for sure. Let’s give this a try!
Sempio Korean Anchovy Noodle Soup – South Korea

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains achovy and bonito. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water and cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. A soft noodle with a neat gauge joins with an anchovy broth which isn’t overly fishy but tasty. Accompanied by seaweed which worked well here. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801005540568.
