This is the third of atrio of varieties I found at 99 Ranch Market by Wu-Mu. This one sounds particularly interesting – let give it a try.
Wu-Mu Mandashi Soy Sauce & Vinegar Flavor Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself.. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. Noodle is exemplary and toothsome with a nice backbone. Flavor isn’t what you might expect; an oil and soy sauce in the forefront with a very well behaved vinegar bite which isn’t overwhelming but balanced. Delightful. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
