Finished (click to enlarge). Added Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, sesame seed, spring onion. Vermicelli was thin and slick as sweet potato vermicelli usually it; kind of gummy too. The broth consisted of a Sichuan peppercorn heat and black vinegar sourness. Balanced, yet strong. Included garnish was pretty good. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6926410338165.
