Here’s another neat and never before seen Shin variety that was sent by The Fat Hipster – Shin Bokkeummyeon. Basically, it’s a dry version of Shin – also looks to be spicy from the packaging. I hope it’s good – let’s find out!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle and solid ingredients for 4 minutes. Drain. Add in remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sauteed beef, green onion, sesame seed. Noodle has a nice gauge and mouthfeel. I really liked the flavor; extra spicy with a sweetness as a savory finish.
