This looks to be yet another one from Ya Shua – didn’t realize.. Biang Biang is a favorite of mine – a belt-like noodle with a nice sauce. Let’s give it a try.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). This one was difficult; the sticker left much residue, plus the text is in a reflective gold coloring which doesn’t scan well. To prepare, add all ingredient except noodles to a bowl. Boil noodle 6~8 minutes. Drain. Add to ingredient bowl. Finally, stir and enjoy!
