I know, this is confusing to many. This is indeed made in China, but it’s packaged for the US market. That’s why it gets the United States suffix on the title. Anyways, the last one I had from this brand was quite good – hoping for more good things from this one!
Uncle Ya Hot & Sour Sweet Potato Noodles – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 2~3 minutes. Drain, saving 200ml water. add in noodles and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Bones soup pack – guessing it resembles a concentrated pork or chicken stock.
The sour aspect; black vinegar.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed and scallion. Sweet potato noodle was of a thick gauge. Nice tooth to them – soft, but less slippery than thinner gauges. The broth was a tangy one, with a bit of spiciness and sourness from black vinegar. Included pickled mustard added an extra bonus. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6970381661692.
