I’ve been a fan of Itomen products for a while – especially their chanpon. I don’t believe I’ve had a yakisoba from them before – let’s check it out!
Itomen Sauce Yakisoba – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but checkfor yourself. To prepare, boil 220ml water in a pan and add noodles. Loosen them and stir for one minute. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, spring onion, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, Kewpie mayo, and sansyo. Noodle came out great and worked well. The flavor was on the sweet side; light on the tamarind kind of tartness, but worked very well. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901104132092.
