I’ve a couple fascinating varieties from the Shin range by Nongshim which came by way of The Fat Hipster – thanks man! He’s got a YouTube channel where does reviews you should check out. This is one I though was only in the UK but from the labeling it’s distributed throughout Europe – there fore its getting the South Korea stamp as it’s not just for one country but many. Let’s give it a try!

The non-cup version of this one is very good and has a nice rich flavor. It is probably my favourite ramen out there because of the balance of very nice and bouncy noodles, a flavorful broth, and some spice mixed in. I usually just have it with an egg and nothing else as I find adding too much to it ends up taking away from the original flavor of the noodles.
It certainly is a good one – especially the pack version. Maybe try with a little cabbage – you’d be surprised how well that works.
