Finished (click to enlarge). Added nothing. God, where to begin. The noodle – it’s broad and chewy with scalloped edge. Excellent chewiness. Then, the sauce. Wow. Flavor of almond and wasabi play off of each other. The sauce is rather creamy as well. There’s a sweetness as well; one might think of this as a dessert noodle, however it’s kind of like something that would go well in a salad scenario. Then, the tapioca. It’s perfect; little jelly spheres that add a nice textural element. I was unsure on this one; but I ended up devouring it. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4717011159097.
