I can’t tell you how stoked I am about these! I’ve been a huge fan of Myojo Ippei-Chan in the tray – the ones you make by steeping. This is something different – these are refrigerated section yakisoba! They’re made in the United States! I am really looking forward to this – got the chashu ready! Let’s make it so!
Myojo Ippei-Chan Yakisoba – United States
Detail of the back of the package (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, sauté meat and vegetables with 2 tbsp oil in a skillet. Add in noodle and stir-fry 30 seconds. add 1/4 cup of watrer and stir-fry until absorbed. Add in sachet contents and stir well. finally, top with mayonnaise and enjoy!
A serving of noodle.
Two servings of yakisoba sauce.
Two sachets of karashi mayonnaise.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added carrot, cabbage, spring onion, mung bean sprouts, chashu, shichimi, and sesame seed. Perfect style and texture on the noodle – just right. The sauce is equally perfect as expected. The karashi mayo ties everything all together. Just exactly what I’m looking for when the word yakisoba is uttered. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
