Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Says it Vegan but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle block in 2 1/2 cups water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, spring onion, narutomaki, mung bean sprouts, and egg. The noodle is the chewy good stuff – very good. The broth is a nice and tasty curry, a nice thickness, and not overly sweet or salty. Works. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
