Nissin created this one by filling 80% of the cup’s volume with noodles and a delicious, light (あっさり) curry soup with seasoned pork, carrots and green onions. It’s all in the subtlety of the various ingredients that really come together to warm your stomach. Once you’ve started slurping, practice some Japanese by saying “Oishii” (おいしい), which means “delicious”!’

Nissin Assari Oishii Cup Noodle Curry – Japan

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, egg, narutomaki, sesame seed, spring onion, and mung bean sprout. The noodle is narrow and flat – very standard for Cup Noodle. Broth is a nice curry, abutted with a lot of potatoes. It’s interesting. Better than the original? Maybe a touch. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105252499.
