Here’s one I found at JD’s Market in Lynnwood. I found the cup variety of this at Imran’s Market, further north in Lynnwood a while back. I remember the cup version said fiery on it but was anything but. I’m hopeful this might have some heat to it. Let’s hope!
Kolson Noodle Doodle Fiery Catpata – Pakistan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add all contents to 350ml boiling water and cook for 1~3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, coriander, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. The noodle was pretty standard, a little extra different on the tooth. The broth has a definite kind of lemon tinge to it, kind of like za’atar, but it works well. Enthusiastic about this. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 671866278522.
