Found this one at HMart recently. Looks to be a Vegan version of Jin Ramen and that sounds neat as a change of pace. I’m in the mood for something different – haven’t done a lot of Korean varieties lately. This one is of course made in South Korea but packaged for sale in the United States. Let’s give it a try!

The noodle block.
A sachet of soup base powder.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added green onion, egg yolk, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, narutomaki, mung bean sprouts, sesame chili oil, and chashu. Noodle was a little thinner than usual, however imparted the same characteristice of their usual fare. The broth was completely non-spicy. It was however quite savory which was nice and a myriad of included vegetables were found throughout. Vegan friendly and definitely friendly to those who like tasty things. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
