Toyomansi is a combo of soy sauce and calamansi flavors. Calamansi is a kind of citrus kind of similar to lime. This is great – rarely come across Filipino varieties and they’re some really good ones to try. Found this one at HMart with my daughter after her birthday party this year. We took her to Chuck E. Cheese – what an interesting place – very throwback. Let’s check this one out!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To oprepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chicken, crushed red pepper, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodle is a little thicker. Quantity is lean but that’s fine.
