It’s a couple days after Christmas and one of the last reviews of 2022. Obviously, it’s not coming out in 2022, but that’s when I did this up. I used some things I got for Christmas, including leftovers from dinner – let’s give this one a try – I reviewed it quite a while back but figure it’s due another looksie.
Maruchan GOLD Spicy Miso Ramen – United states
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 2 cups water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). In a bowl sent by my sister in law. Add glazed ham from Christmas dinner, spring onion sliced with my new spring onion slicing tool and submerged in ice water so it curls, narutomaki, Sichuan pepper powder, sesame chili oil, egg, and sesame seed. Noodle is soft and with a very nice gauge. The broth has a nice miso flavor – not violently red miso dependant which I enjoyed. All in all, a premium range nicety. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
