Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. The noodle is broad and flat. A lightly scalloped edge on these. They are very good. The flavor travels from a pickled flavor to spicy Sichuan pepper, with crisp pork bits to and fro. Included scallion works well.
