I thought I’d tried all of the varieties in this range but then miso walks in in the last Umai Crate – the others I’ve tried (shoyu and shio) were really excellent. Let’s give this a try.
Itomen Seafood & Vegetable Miso Dashi Ramen – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat but most likely contains seafood – check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle block and sachet contents to 450ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprouts, Homiah Malaysian Sambal Crisp, chashu, scallion, and sesame seed. The noodle was soft and as expected. The broth didn’t seem to work for me; just a little funky. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901104133259.
