I am a huge fan of tom yum goong. I’m really curious how this one will be – it comes with some surprises as well – like octopus! Let’s checke it out!
Ramen Talk Tom Yum Goong – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains octopus. To prepare, boil noodles 7~9 minutes. Add 360ml boiling water to a bowl. Add in sachet contents and stir. Drain noodles. Finally, add in noodle and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, fish ball, sesame seed, scallion, and crushed red pepper. A soft noodle worked well here. The broth had a nice thickness – just a little more than none which worked. The flavor was excellent; like a little of all the hallmarks of tom yum were balanced well.
