What we have here is a super premium box. It’s pretty special and we don’t really see this much in the United States, if at all. The product comes with the soup ready to go – it’s a huge retort pouch. Then, the noodle is a dry noodle in a bag. That’s it – and the varieties like this I’ve reviewed in the past have been really quite amazing. This one sounds really quite good so let’s go ahead and give it a try!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and alcohol (wine). To prepare, boil noodles for 5~6 minutes. Boil the bag of soup base for 3 minutes (I usually just put it in the pot at the same time. Drain the noodle and add to your bowl. Open the bag and add to the bowl. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Taiwanese dry noodle.
A very large retort pouch which contains the soup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, and spring onion. Boy – this stuff is very rich! The noodle is great – soft and work with the broth. The broth is very multi faceted; nice slow cooked and rich chicken taste with a nice amount of cooking wine flavor. Included vegetable is crisp and works. The chicken is abundant – I mean there’s a whole drumstick in here. Impressive! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4711106930264.
