I’ve reviewed this before, however they have new packaging on this one. It looks like they’re doing new packaging on all their stuff, at least what’s showing up in Umai Crates. Let’s check it out!
Itsuki Kumamoto Tonkotsu Ramen – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 500ml water for 2,5 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprouts, spring onion, sesame seed, shichimi, and chashu. Noodle is great – nice, round and lightly firm. The broth is nice and rich. Oiliness is very nice. All in all, just a wonderful tonkotsu. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901726015278.
