Alright – from the start here I’ll say it – I’m not a big mushroom fan. Recently, I reviewed one of these Daebak varieties that was seaweed flavor. I’m not particularly fond of seaweed either, but I really liked that one. Let’s see how this goes.

The noodle block.
A large dry base sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, seaweed, mung bean sprout, and spring onion. Noodle has a nice gauge and chew. The broth, whicch I expected to be strong and horrible to be honest, was very much like a standard Korean ramyeon broth. Spicy, bright and tasty, and augmented by a lot of vegetables, mostly mushrooms, which hydrated well. Was really happy about this one. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9555022311166.
