Here’s what they had to say ‘We know that you’ve been feasting over the New Year, and good on you, that’s what the holidays are for! Now, you may be thinking that you have to start some kind of diet, and shouldn’t eat ramen. What if we told you that you can still keep your diet while eating ramen? For all of you with health concerns, this cup is for you. Myojo Food prepared this ramen with a reduced salt content by 25% but with the same flavors as the original cup. The umami-layered soup of chicken, vegetables, and kelp is delicious, and the slightly spicy taste is just right. For the toppings, you’ll get eggs and seaweed, perfect for a late-night snack as well! To really get a taste of all the flavors, you should add the powder soup and oil at the end.’
Sounds interesting – let’s give it a try.

The noodle block.
A dry powder soup base.
A liquid base.
A garnish sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, mung bean sprout, spring onion, shichimi, and sesame seed. Noodle in this one was incredibly good – liked that a lot. The broth was a little weird; lots of seaweed flavor and a kind of shio that wanted to be spicy but really wasn’t. Not my cup of tea to be honest. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902881433464.
