Here’s something I found at a Party City store while we were getting stuff for our daughter Mimi’s birthday. Says it’s made in The Netherlands which I think is interesting – I don’t know why, but I do. This looks pretty weird so let’s just get started.
Raindrops Gummy Noodles Soft Candy Mix – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, open the bag and eat, or get creative and put in a little bowl and make look like a bowl of ramen. Finally, take a long look at yourself in the mirror and enjoy!
A lot of different shaped gummy things like shrimp, noodles, egg, vegetables, and of course, ramen noodle.
Finished (click to enlarge). Not too bad here, especially if you like candy. The noodle was chewy and sweet – like Twizzlers. The little red pieces were like a filled fruity licorice. The shrimp were my favorite of the bunch to be sure, next up was the ‘ramen topping’ which was basically a Peep – sugar encrusted marshmallow. The egg was very chewy gummy. The carrot looking sones were very chewy gummy. All in all a lot of fun and strange as well. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars for a candy item. UPC bar code 630855115507.
