Here’s a new and improved Chili Pan Mee from Meet Mee of Malaysia! Tried this initially a couple of years ago. If it’s better than back then, hold onto your hat! Let’s check it out.
Meet Mee Chili Pan Mee Dry – Malaysia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish and crustaceans. To prepare, boil noodle in water for 6~8 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, sesame seed, and fried egg. Noodle is thick and chewy – broad and flat. The flavor is sweet, spicy, and oily, accompanied with ground chili which is great as well as fried anchovy which is crisp and add texture and delights of flavor.
