The last one of these I did contained lion’s mane mushroom – and it’s just amazing stuff I’d never heard of. Today though, it’s kelp and seasonal vegetables. I’m really curious and can’t wait to give this a try – let’s do it!
NoodleMix Kelp Seasonal Vegetable Flavor Pumpkin Konjac Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 400~450ml boiling water and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
A pouch of pumpkin konjac noodle.
A dry sachet of soup base.
A big pouch of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodle was great – again, a konjac thgat wasn’t a rubbery mess but a nice balance. The kelp broth wasn’t overbearing but savory, and the vegetables here were just amazing and plentiful. Top notch. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4711216201551.
