Well this sounds interesting. A-Sha pairing it’s Meteor Noodle, which is like a regular noodle with an extra ‘fin’ on top, and a hot and sour flavor. Let’s give it a try on this rainy day.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, pork, fried tofu, crushed red pepper, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle came out exquisitely in this one – just perfect chewiness and gauge. The flavor was a mix of sesame paste, as well as a light and savory hot and sour mix. This was honestly one of the best I’ve had from this company and really is quite wonderful. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
