Yet another one found at HMart. I’ve seen adverts with these a lot recently – there’s another version as well, but I thought I’d start with this one. These are manufactured by a Chinese company called JML – Jinmailiang.Shall we commence?
Fan’s Hot & Sour Pork Bone Ramen – China
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. There don’t seem to be any instruction on how to prepare, and being a non-fried noodle, it probably will take a little time. It appears one would add everything in and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes, or until noodles are done. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu and spring onion. Noodle was nice and broth – wow. Great tangy hit and a balanced Sichuan pepper hit – just splendid. The included vegetables were corn heavy, but also quite good. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6921555555279.
