I was looking through my containers of noodle varieties and turns out that I missed this one! I’m honestly really happy I had another one from these folks to review – and jjamppong is one of my favorite varieties. Let’s cook it up!
Daebak Seafood Jjamppong Ramyeon – Malaysia
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml water along with garnish for 4~5 minutes. Add in seasoning. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, shrimp, carved squid, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. The noodle was quite nice – thick and satisfying. The broth weas good, however I did expect a bit of smokiness which wasn’t present. However, a solid seafood noodle. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9555022311173.
