Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, narutomaki, chashu, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle was alright. Broth had a little garlic element to it with a tinge of heat – just a tinge mind you. Batman fishcake was fun to look at but had the consistency of al dente macaroni.
